You Don’t Have to Reduce Yourself to a Diagnosis

You may know that something isn't working, even if you're not sure exactly what it is. Maybe you're struggling to focus, feeling anxious or depressed, or wondering whether ADHD could explain patterns you've experienced for years.

Psychiatric care should give you room to make sense of those experiences, not just check symptoms off a list.

A Different Approach to Psychiatry

Medication can be an important part of treatment, but symptoms don't exist in isolation.

Dr. Taylor takes a psychodynamic and relational approach to psychiatric care. Treatment considers not only symptoms and diagnoses, but also personality, relationships, recurring patterns, and the experiences that have shaped you.

The result is psychiatric treatment that's individualized to the person rather than simply the diagnosis.
